Number of guests 

The ideal maximum number of people to be comfortable is 8 adults, 2 children/teenagers, and one child under 2 years old, we have a crib.

It is not allowed to have a higher number of people than what is stated in the booking confirmation. In case of being more people punctually, it is necessary to warn it at the moment of making the reservation.

In the case of exceeding the number of people could be prevented from entering the house. If it is detected that during the stay there are more people than the authorized number, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the house may be evicted.

Is there a crib / highchair?

We have a highchair and a crib. If you need a crib, remember to let us know at the time of booking or before coming so that we have it ready.

Is it possible to visit the house before making a reservation?

Yes, no problem as long as it is free.

Is the final cleaning of the house included?

At the departure, you have to leave the house in the same conditions of order in which you have found it and throw away all the garbage generated.

Afterwards, we do a thorough cleaning to leave it ready for the next client.
If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we include an extra cleaning (change of sheets, towels and cleaning of the bathrooms).

Can we bring our pets?

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, but no other type of animal is allowed. Please let us know in advance.

There is a supplement of 30€ per dog per stay for additional cleaning.

Can we organize a party?

Parties are not allowed, nor is it allowed to play music in the garden, especially loudspeakers. 
Nor celebrations involving a number of people exceeding the maximum capacity of the house.

It is very important to respect this point, since the house does not have legal authorization to do them and a celebration of these in any house would lead to immediate eviction.
